"The 2011 Chardonnay is fermented in barrel. It has a vibrant bouquet with distant scents of mussels and orange blossom that is very well defined. The palate is a little oaky on the entry with hints of toffee apple and quince that builds nicely to very attractive walnut tinged finish. This is a very Constantia--like Chardonnay - and there is nothing wrong with that."
