The 2005 Fumé Blanc White Wine has aromas of citrus and herbs on the nose. The flavors on the palate are dominated with ripe citrus and melon with a touch of grassy hints in the finish. This Fumé has great balance of acidity and crispness that ties it all together.

Pleased with his move to Washington, he says "The northern latitude of Washington and the ideally drained sandy soils of the Columbia Valley make it possible to produce deeply concentrated wines of pronounced character."
