winemaker's notes:

"Velvety in texture, this is generous with its cherry, pomegranate and sweet spice flavors, deftly balanced to slide some oak notes into the background. The finish lingers enticingly. Drink now through 2013."

Nice for the Price - 10/7/2008
I would buy this wine again

Very fruit-forward, not as peppery as some syrahs, but nice with spice, this is very nice at the price. Definitely something I would buy again. Doesn't need hearty dishes, would go well with pastas, pizza, any meats from chicken (yes, I'm not a white wine purist) to steak. A very nice little Washington wine!

Kosher
A Kosher wine begins like every other - as grapes on a vine. Once they reach the winery for crushing, the wine is under strict rabbinal supervision.

Screw Cap wine
Screw Cap
Many studies report and winemakers agree that screw caps protect wine better and preserve its flavor more effectively than cork. More importantly, screw caps eliminate cork taint caused by TCA, a compound which develops in a small percentage of corks and ruins the taste of wine.
