What a wonderful wine! A very smooth tasing winde with rich flavors. The wine looks like liquid ruby and tastes even richer. I gave some of these away as presents and was actually very surprised by the sheer number of people who commented on its greatness. Unfortunately, I only bought a case, and now they are out of stock. A great vintage!

I brought Firepeak Pinot to a "Wine Snobs" home the other night. Now this person NEVER has wine under the $50/bottle range in his house. He had obviously never heard of Baileyana....I had him taste the Firepeak Pinot and he loved it. I told him, I could get him a case at $600/case and he wanted to get 2!! I then came clean and the Wine Snob was humbled!! Awesome grapes!!

The Firepeak is an easily drinkable wine for all pallettes, and you will be surprised to know that even the people that profess to "Prefer other things" still loved it and finished a glass. It works well with any rich foods or alone. I woudn't pair it with a more demure meal, as it would easily overpower the food you enjoy. This is a tremendous value, and one of the best bottles, I've had all year. The finish, especially, is excellent.
