The SyrCab offers rich, luscious fruit, a mouth fillig full palate and a finish of silky tannins. Aged 18 months in premium French Oak barrels, the SyrCab is a great accompaniment with grilled meats.
The 2003 SyrCab is produced from grapes grown on the Olive Hill Estate Vineyard and selected Sonoma Valley Vineyards. This wine is an elegant blend with 56% Syrah from the Sonoma Valley and 44% Olive Hill Estate Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.

had your wine at ritz carlton for dinner as one of there finest cab wines. This wine is the first cab i have enjoyed. I dont like cabs but i have to say once having at ritz caraton i went on line to find it to purchase
