Intense ruby red colour. Fruity hints on the nose blend well with the toasty, chocolate and vanilla notes from ageing in wood. A complex, well-structured wine with smooth, stylish tannins.
Blend: 60% Sangiovese, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot and 5% Syrah

A fantastic find. Being a big fan of Ruffino Chianti Classico (where I can't find anywhere anymore) I found the Villa Antinori to be even better. Great value at a great price. Foll bodied, bold, delicious. A wine drinkers wine.
