We offer two ways to locate information:
Medium ruby with purple edges. Aromas of cigar box, currants, mocha and black stone fruit. A very rich and plush nose with some violets and chocolate. Lots of blackberry and anise on the palate along with coffee bean, plum and spice. Medium mouth feel with depth and richness. The tannin and fruit are well balanced. Long finish with fruit in the background. Medium after taste.
This wine will keep getting better for 8-10 years and hold for another 8 years at least.
"The 2007 Right Bank (60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Franc) has shut down since last year and the tannins have risen. This wine is very promising, but it requires 2-4 years of bottle age. Deep, concentrated notes of menthol, forest floor, blueberries, black raspberries and creme de cassis emerge from this full-bodied, rich 2007. After the abovementioned 2-4 years of cellaring, it should provide plenty of pleasure over the following 20+ years. 95+"
