Lush, sweet and sexy, showing a fine-grained, suave texture to the flavors of red fruits and leather. Quite full for an Altesino wine, in the ripe, rich style of the vintage. And a step up in intensity and structure from the 2007 classico. Finishes with utterly smooth tannins and terrific lingering perfume.
