Crisp, bright fruit has been the hallmark of Adelsheim's Pinot gris wines; produced by our new winemaker Dave Paige, this vintage is one of our very best. The wine offers a lovely floral bouquet, winesap apple and Bosc pear fruit in the rich mouthfeel, and the spiciness (allspice and lemon zest) so typical of Oregon Pinot gris. Achieving a lovely balance of bright, nuanced fruit and intensity, this wine pairs beautifully with poached salmon, shellfish, bisques and spicy dishes.
