The 2000 Carneros Pinot Noir is dark ruby red in color. Teaberry, Satsuma plum, toffee and rose petal appear prominently in the aroma. And then there are the baking spices: cardamom, nutmeg,and cinnamon before ending with earth. On the palate, it offers very silky and seductive texture and particularly long-lasting flavors.
