This wine is soft yet lively on the palate, with rich flavors of Satsuma plum and minerals enhanced by a touch of oak. A well-balanced acidity accentuates the fine tannins which carry through to the long finish.
Pair with richer pastas, wild mushroom risotto, grilled salmon and herb-crusted pork tenderloin.
