Our 2007 Chardonnay shows elegant layers of citrus, apple and nectarine fruit character from
grapes grown in the cool, wind-swept vineyards of the Los Carneros region. Complex honeycomb and crème brûlée nuances add interest to the fruity aromas and then persist through the flavors and lingering finish. Barrel fermentation and aging add notes of toasted
hazelnut and weight to the palate.
Our Chardonnay's silky, expressive flavors pair beautifully with rich entrées, such as lobster bisque, sautéed chicken breast with white truffles, grilled scallops or fettuccini Alfredo.
