Year after year, the Novellum Chardonnay is lauded for being one of the best Chardonnay values on the United States market. Because the wine is un-oaked, many restaurants have found it to be a terrific "by the glass" Chardonnay which marries quite well with food.

Very attractive clear yellow color with crystalline reflections. Very refined, with notes of white flowers. Round and delicate in the mouth, with a polished acidity which lends freshness and purity.

The 2010 Les Setilles is, as usual, a stunning value from Burgundy. The wine is medium in body with notes of green apple, pear, mineral and just a touch of smoky oak on the finish. Typical of it's 50% Meursault, a backdrop of roasted nut shines throughout.

On the palate, our Chardonnay is a fresh andfruity wine with lots of richness. It is clear andlimpid, with a lovely golden colour, aromas ofapricots, citrus and melon and creamy texture.

Sparkling pale yellow in color, The 2010 Montagny 1er Cru "La Grande Roche" has a floral nose paired with notes of exotic fruits and almonds. In the mouth is is fat and rounded with a hint of pepper. Nice freshness on the back-palate and good length on the finish.

Maison Louis Jadot produces a Pouilly Fuiss with emerald gold tones which reflect a wine of finesse and distinction; the tasting is harmonious, fresh, full of flavors with hazelnuts, toasted almonds, grapefruit and lemon aromas.

Yellow-green in color the Ardeche Chardonnay has a lovely toasty bouquet. Long and persistent in the mouth, it is well-balanced and lively thanks to its alcoholic richness. Lovely balance.

Chardonnay Domaine de l'Olivier is an unoaked, very clean example of the pure Chardonnay characteristics. It is fruity, fresh and clean, with a lot of finesse and a good acidity. Aromas of citrus and pineapple but a touch of butter and nuts.
