Washington Oak Red Wine

Vibrant flavors of fresh blackberries, currants and ripe red fruits are framed by notes of toasted oak and bittersweet chocolate. Dark and rich with great concentration, texture and a hint of baking spice that weaves through nuances of fresh huckleberry pie that linger on the finish.

The 2010 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is rich and robust. Black cherry, raspberry and currants combine with toasty oak and spice. Grilled pepper steak or herb-roasted rack of lamb are favoriteswith this smooth and powerful wine.

A brilliant opaque red, our estate bottling of Cabernet Sauvignon features a complex nose ripe with Bing cherries, cassis, boysenberry and sweet chocolate. Our 2009 is full-bodied and rich with long, silky tannins. The flavors are layered with jammy cassis and sweet oak.
