Aromas of baked apple, honeysuckle, nutmeg, and a touch of mineral introduce this elegant yet racy, medium-bodied Chardonnay. A broad spectrum of orchard fruits and sweet oak notes lead to a seductive, slightly creamy vanilla finish.

Fruity, crisp and refreshing. Beautifully focused flavors of orange, pear, white peach and delicate nectarine mingle with pleasant oak accents. A mineral and honey aftertaste rounds out the long satisfying finish. An amazingly versatile Chardonnay that goes well with poultry, pasta and even shellfish.

O Wines Chardonnay is a fruit forward, refreshing style of Chardonnay. The 2011 Chardonnay offers inviting aromas of pear and baking spice with elegant oak expression. This is a great food wine. My favorite pairing with this Chardonnay is grilled fish with a mango salsa and kale salad.

The nose is attractive and ripe, made of clean stone fruit flavors and vibrant citrus notes. The silky texture and the long, crisp, fruit-filled finish complete our wine, un-obscured by oak. This wine is reminiscent of a Grand-Cru.
