Luxurious, rich and concentrated aromas of black cherry, currant and blueberry are just the start of this 2007 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. The harmonious flavors of black cherry, anise and plush cassis explode through your mouth. Thisclassic Napa Valley Estate Cabernet is elegant and wonderful young but also has everything it needs to age beautifully.

Dark cranberry in color with a hint of baking spices in the nose. At first sip there's a sweetness of ripe plum with a touch of vanilla and oak. Finishes on the palate with focused acidity and ends with an explosion of fruit pie flavors.

The young vines woke up to a dry and frosty spring. Summer was mild with a very warm August that encouraged ripening, leading to an early October harvest with the grapes arriving in pristine condition. Clusters and yields were small on Cabernet Sauvignon resulting in grapes packed with classic varietal character.

The color of the wine is a beautiful garnet. On the nose is red plum and blackberry with notes of cedar. On the palate intense and layered with mocha, red currant and sweet spices, concentrated mid-palate and lingering finish.

This 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep reddish brown color with focused fruits such as cherry and blackberry yielding to long and supple tannins on the palate. This is a complex, dense and well-balanced wine that can cellar for at least 10 years.

Plump aromas of ripe cherry, red berry and jam fill the nose, followed by notes of luscious berry sweetness on the palate. This textured wine with moderate tannins ends with a round finish.

Highly concentrated, very bright. Aromas of balckberry, silky smooth and dry. Very youthful and long, but surprisingly succulent. Can be cellared 20+years.

Our Haystack Cabernet is true to its mountain origins, boasting great structure, intense purple color and violet aromatics. Firm tannins are gracefully balanced by luscious blackberry and blueberry flavors with nuances of coffee, baking spice and cocoa. This is a wine that I think has incredible ageability, but, like all my wines, should drink well upon release too.
