Ridge Pinot Noir Wine

A lively bouquet of rose and sandalwood accompany complex dark red fruit of plum, black cherry and blackberry. Layered and full-bodied with balanced tannins, the wine finishes with length and finesse.

The wine's nose is elegant and complex with effusive black cherry up-front and underlying notes of violet, pain grill, cumin and faint notions of freshly plowed earth. The 2011 Kings Ridge Pinot Noir has great balance of fresh raspberries, blackberries, and hints of bramble and coffee. It shows off some of its silky sweet fruits but then plays coy as the acidity and structure envelope the wine.
