The wine's aromatics portray an abundance of pear, jasmine and honey. On the palate, the wine is surprisingly light and aromatic but not cloying or syrupy this has to do with the balanced acidity in the wine.Fruit tarts are a classic pairing, but it also pairs well with blue cheeses and curries.
