Louis White Wine

The wine shows floral, apple and citrus aromas and flavors, with mineral notes; a classic expression of Chardonnay from this appellation.Pairs with poultry, shellfish, grilled firm-fleshed fish such as swordfish, and salads.

Sparkling pale yellow in color, The 2010 Montagny 1er Cru "La Grande Roche" has a floral nose paired with notes of exotic fruits and almonds. In the mouth is is fat and rounded with a hint of pepper. Nice freshness on the back-palate and good length on the finish.

The 2010 Puilly Fuisse reveals a beautiful pale gold color and a discrete nose which bears notes of acacia flowers. Balanced wine; fat and sappy at the same time. In the mouth, one finds floral aromas accompanied by a peppery finish.

The Puligny-Montrachet 2010 is pale yellow in color with golden highlights and a powerful nose of almond, grilled bread and apricot. On tasting, it is balanced with notes of hazelnut and a light smokiness. Nice length on the finish.

Maison Louis Jadot produces a Pouilly Fuiss with emerald gold tones which reflect a wine of finesse and distinction; the tasting is harmonious, fresh, full of flavors with hazelnuts, toasted almonds, grapefruit and lemon aromas.

This Sauvignon Blanc has a beautiful straw color and aromas of guava, melon, gooseberry, citrus and pineapple. With crisp acidity and flavors ofhoneydew melon and pineapple, this wine delivers a creamy, refreshing finish.

The Louis Jadot Chablis has a very nice golden yellow color. It is a lipid, bright and fresh wine, which taste and bouquet develop relatively quickly.It should be served chilled, and can be served with oysters, charcuterie and fried fish. It also goes very well with goats cheese.

The Macon Villages Chameroy is pale yellow in color and reveals a pretty nose of white fruits. In the mouth it is round and tasty with a peppery touch.

Yellow-green in color the Ardeche Chardonnay has a lovely toasty bouquet. Long and persistent in the mouth, it is well-balanced and lively thanks to its alcoholic richness. Lovely balance.
