Patient Cottat Sauvignon Blanc vines produces a dry, fresh and sharp white wine with a powerful aroma. It has a particular flavor originating from a mixture of wood barrel, currant bushes in buds, table grapes and passion fruits.

Displaying complex aromas of citrus fruit, tropical fruit and mineral hints of gun-flint. Together with good acidity, excellent fatness and length are always to be enjoyed on the palate.

Pale gold, with silver highlights. Powerful aromatic intensity with citrus and floral notes. Rich and well balanced on the palate with fruity flavors of blood oranges and grapes.

Pale yellow in color with silvery shimmer, this 100% Sauvignon Blanc is super aromatic with gooseberries and freshly cut grass. The palate is zippy at first, but then lends to crisp, fruity flavors of a classic Sauvignon Blanc.

Flint-inflected aromas of currant, mint, catnip and sweet flowers, a lusciously ripe palate of flowers, citrus, and bush fruits, and a long finish of lime, peppermint and chalk.

This wine is produced from vineyards in the village of Bu (principally the "Clos du Chene Marchand") that are planted uniquely to clay-limestone soils, known as "caillottes and griottes" which yield a wine of particularly fine quality and exceptional length. Pale and vibrant in color. The 2011 Pascal Jolivet Sancerre is fresh, clean and screaming with racy acidity. On the palate it is fresh and tightly wound; acidity is tempered by very subtle residual sugar; very clean; alive, racy, youthful. Overall, a dry and elegant wine.

This wine is bright in the glass. It is a fine, balanced, fruity wine, with aromas of white flowers and acacia. In the mouth it is fruity, with soft mineral notes and white fruits.

Pale golden-green in color. The nose develops a natural range of subtle floral and earthy green plant aromas such as acacia, ferns, peppermint and white nettles. Notes of stony minerals and lemon give the wine a beautiful structure balanced by a fruity roundness, with a finish marked by hints of citrus fruits.
