Pale yellow in color, our Sauvignon Blanc Estate Series 2013 has captivating intense aromas of tropical fruit, grapefruit, and tomato leaf along with subtle notes of green chilli and white flowers such as orange blossom. The palate has a refreshing acidity, moderate volume, and a mineral mouthfeel unique to Aconcagua Costa. The finish displays excellent persistence.
With a light greenish-yellow color, the Chardonnay Wild Ferment 2011 has a fresh, expressive nose with tropical fruit aromas fused with mineral notes and a subtle touch of toast and brioche from the barrel aging, which greatly enhances complexity. On the palate, azingy acidity balances out its lush, creamy texture.
The schist soils on which the Max Reserva Sauvignon Blanc grapes are planted enable the roots to grow deep and explore, leading to balanced vine growth and optimum quality grapes, which the cool climate fosters the devolpment of high acidity and the expression of mineral notes.
