These grapes come from a single vineyard in Wrattonbully, located on the southern edge of the Limestone Coast just west of Coonawarra.This wine displays juicy, ripe, soft tannins with notes of menthol and eucalyptus. Flavors are of mulberries and other dark fruits, plus all the extra vinous sought after complexities, such as tobacco leaf.

Aromas of ripe, dark mulberries, cassis and earth with a touch of Coonawarra mint, followed by a dense palate of medium to full body. Black cherry, mocha and cedar notes dominate with wonderfully fine yet supportive tannins. This wine will gain further complexity with time in the bottle.
