Central Coast Sauvignon Blanc

This is real Sauvignon Blanc, crisp and clean; there are hints of melon, green grass, some fruit cocktail and a clear minerality on the nose.

This vintage is bright and racy, with flavors of passion fruit,pear, lemon and grapefruit. Minerality notes, lively acidity, andgreen grassy elements balance the wine nicely. It finishes longwith a touch of zesty lime. My favorite wine with oysters, it pairswell with most all seafood.
