This is a rich, fleshy wine held together with a solidbackbone of silky tannins and firm natural acidity. It pairs beautifullywith duck, turkey, grilled chicken and tuna or salmon.

The 2010 blend is complex, supple, and seductive with dark red cherry, blackberry and blueberry flavors, notes of toasted hazelnuts and a hint of vanilla on the finish.
