The 2010 Jester Cabernet Sauvignon is dense purple in color. On the nose, you'll get masses of blueberries, cassis and leather with intense aromas of coffee and mocha. On the palate, it is spicy, lifted and pure, with juicy and savory tannins, richness and elongated length.

The wine is a deep, crimson red, and has lifted pure aromatics of darker berry fruits and spice: blackberries, plums, mocha, toasty vanilla oak. The palate is powerful and extremely focused, with great depth of fruit character that is well framed by fine tannin, and drawn together to a long finish by naturally balanced acidity.

Intense, textured and showing pure fruit flavours, Jester Shiraz is Mitolo's baby G.A.M using the same barrels in which G.A.M was previously aged. Jester Shiraz is made to be upfront and approachable for early appreciation, and delivers excellent quality.
