2011 Creamy Chardonnay

The 2011 Sonoma County Chardonnay is one of the most elegantand reserved Chardonnays we have ever produced. It featurescitrus, green apple, vanilla and caramel in the nose with a dollop ofroasty/toasty oak on the palate. It is an understated, balanced andrefreshing wine that pairs beautifully with food.Blend: 97% Chardonnay, 3% mixed whites

Mirassou Chardonnay exhibits intense aromas and flavors of stone fruits such as peaches and nectarines, as well as tropical fruits like pineapple. Secondary flavors of melon, pears, citrus, floral, and vanilla notes combine with a creamy mouth feel which culminate in a pleasantly concentrated finish.

Foxglove Chardonnay always represents a great value. With this wine you have the richness of fruit from California's Central Coast giving you tropical notes. However, the wine is bottled without going through malolactic fermentation and has no oak on it so it maintains a very clean profile. Great on it's own or with food it's a very versatile Chardonnay.

Josh Cellars Chardonnay offers aromas of ripe white peaches, pineapple and delicate notes of honeysuckle and white rose petals. Stone fruits and Fuji apples add to the palate, finishing long with bright flavors of grapefruit and lime. Careful winemaking creates a creamy texture with a full, lush body and a luscious finish.

Light gold color. Notes of tropical pineapple fruit, white flowers, apricot, and honeysuckle. This Chardonnay has a rich entry and good texture. Medium bodied, with crisp acidity, ripe apple/pear fruit, and a long finish.

This 2011 Sonoma Chardonnay is a medium-bodied wine with aromas of apple and pear and some toasted almond nuances. These flavors carry over to the palate with the addition of honeycomb on thetongue and subtle creaminess. It strikes the perfect balance of acidity and structure, making it the ideal companion to many of your favorite dishes.

Our 2011 Chardonnay explores the mineral driven side of Chardonnay with taut green apple, white peach , lime zest and kiwi fruit. Hints of Ginger and vanilla back the bright jasmine and orange blossom notes but what really drives the wine is the vibrant structure and terrific finish that carry flavors for a long, satisfying ride.

The Carneros Chardonnay offers enticing aromas of sweet vanilla, fresh kiwi and pineapple fruit against a creamy background. On the palate, the wine's crisp acidity complements the intense flavors ofrich apple, pear and vibrant peaches before culminating in long, creamy finish that is typical of Carneros Chardonnays.

Aromas of ripe pineapple, citrus, yellow peaches and apples. Subtle oak and vanilla balance out the flavors on the palate. Bright and crisp finish.We love this Chardonnay with corn and polenta, grilled fennel, mushrooms, squash, white beans, crab and lobster, shrimp, fried calamari and grilled salmon.

The Beringer Founders' Estate Chardonnay is the perfect combination of pear, apple and ripe tropical fruit flavors, with a hint of citrus and a classically round mouthfeel.This Chardonnay will perfectly complement a grilled chicken or fish, or stand up to a rich risotto with its ripe, clean flavors and lingering finish.

Pale gold in color, bright and fresh aromatics of asian pear, lemon curd, jicama and clover honey emerge initially while secondary notes of key lime, hazelnut, wet stone and himalayan pink salt drift in the background. Oily and tender on the palate initially, with a vibrant acidity maintaining the wines focus and verve.

The Carneros Chardonnay is first and foremost about aromatics, and the techniques use are designed to retain the signature Carneros aromas of lemon-citrus and white blossom while accentuating the minerality and vivid, fresh fruit flavors of citrus and stone fruits in the wine. This wine is a blend from our estate vineyards. It is a fine example of the unique characteristics from our property, and the Russian River Valley. Aromas of ripe apple, apricot, vanilla, and a touch of spice combine with the rich apple flavors and crisp acidity.

The 2011 Raymond Reserve Selection Napa Valley Chardonnay opens with alluring aromas of orange blossom and honeysuckle. Full-bodied with excellent balance, the wine displays flavors of pear, apple and lemon before ending with a long, rich finish. Made with 100% Chardonnay.

The 2011 Hartford Court Russian River Valley Chardonnay offers subtle aromas of jasmine flower and Crenshaw melon complemented by fresh kiwi, pineapple, white peach and Pippin apple flavors. The supple and complex, fruit focused mid-palate is followed by subtle mineral notes and a hint of cinnamon in the finish.

Dancing Bull 2011 Chardonnay has abundant tropical aromas of pineapple and peach, framed nicely by nuances of vanilla and caramel. Elegant and creamy on the palate, this Chardonnay delivers a lingering, fruity finish.

With a light greenish-yellow color, the Chardonnay Wild Ferment 2011 has a fresh, expressive nose with tropical fruit aromas fused with mineral notes and a subtle touch of toast and brioche from the barrel aging, which greatly enhances complexity. On the palate, azingy acidity balances out its lush, creamy texture.

Joseph Carr Chardonnay has notes of pear, quince, lemon zest, flint, hazelnut, peach, wet stone and honeydew melon. There are also stone fruit notes; peach and apricot on the palate that lead into a finish of pear, toffee and almonds.

The cooler vintage has produced lively, elegant aromas and flavors of kiwi, pineapple, lime, papaya, apricot and citrus zest on an underlying richness of caramelized fruit tart and cremebrulee. The abundance of exotic fruit gives way to a long, delicious mouth-coating finish that lingers on and on.
