Finesse is the name of the game with this sensational barrel fermented Chardonnay. Packed with alluring aromas and bright flavors of pear, peach, fig and ginger, it displays enticing hints of flint and mineral, perfectly balanced with notes of toasted nuts and spice.

Deep garnet. Fruit driven aroma of plums and black cherries. Complimented by hints of tobacco and cedar. Black cherry and plum flavors, with hints of vanilla.

Bright ruby red. Ripe red fruit aromas are evident, with cassis and white plum. This is backed up by hints of coffee and mocha, with well balanced, subtle oak notes. The aromas are perfumed, peppery, spicy, smoky and exhibit ripe red fruit notes. As always the palate texture of this style of wine is supple, smooth on the entry but with enough grip to end dry and refreshing.
