2010 Italy Pinot Grigio

The 2010 Pinot Grigio is a light golden color. The nose is scented with grapefruit and pear, and on the palate orange fruits come to the forefront. Mango and orange zest are accented by notes of guava and a pronounced minerality. The wonderful acidity and full-bodied texture carry through a delicious lemony finish with hints of apricot.

Pale gold. Complex bouquet with scents of golden apple, ripe pear and peach. Fruit aromas carry through on to the palate. Medium-bodied and dry, with a crisp, refreshing acidity.

Brilliant straw-yellow color. Very perfumed, rich, slightly smoky, uplifted varietal aroma paired with elegant oak spice. Clean, grapey, full-bodied flavor, quite soft and creamy, delicate and with a fresh finish. Remarkably long and spicy on the palate. Under proper storage conditions, this wine may be cellared for 4 to 6 years.

Straw yellow with light, golden yellow tinges. The bouquet is delicate yet well expressed, the palate is dry, soft yet fresh and fully flavored, with a distinctive background of apples and aromatic herbs giving a prolonged finish.
