2010 Germany Riesling

A brisk Riesling with lean flint and citrus flavors. Light floral and tangerine scents and a touch of sweetness balance the mineral acidity.

This Riesling is a bright gold color. On the nose it is fresh and pleasantly fruity. In the mouth there are flavors of lemon and peach against a mineral backdrop. Well-matched with salads, seafood and light veal dishes.

Blue Riesling is light gold in color, with an aroma that has a delicate fragrance recalling ripe apricot and citrus fruit. On the palate the wine is elegantly structured, with pronounced mineral character imparted by the slate-rich soil in which the grapes are grown.A delicious match with chicken, seafood and Asian cuisine.

Powerful but elegant, this wine has ripe, intense fruit on the palate with a bit of earthiness. The red soil and 75-90 year old vines give it incredible complexity.

Medium bodied and just a little sweet, this wine has pineapple and peach on its rich palate. It has a lively acidity and shows best with foods that mimic it's palate; opt for a sweet-and-spicy Asian dish, slow-simmered stews or hot Szechuan classics.
