2010 375ml Wine

The wine exhibits a golden honey hue with pure Granny Smith apple aromas along with distinctive notes of lime blossom and nutmeg. The mouth feel is rich and round and unfolds to reveal shortbread and pineapple flavors that linger.

Golden yellow in color. On the nose it is amazingly rich, complex, elegant, deep and expressive. It shows unique quality, plenty of dried apricots, honey, papaya and great botrytis character. On the palate is unctuous, smooth and rich, with nice acidity givingthe wine a great balance and refreshing edge. Very long, intense and velvety finish.
