The uniqueness of Passo Doble starts with the distinctive blendof Malbec and Corvina that has undergone 'appassimento',or drying of the grapes. A full bodied wine with layers of plumand spice and a finish of cherry, Passo Doble pairs well withgrilled or roasted meats and strong flavored cheeses.

This easy-to-drink Pinot has a very pretty nose of nutmeg, baking spice, and floral notes. A solid layer of red, bing cherry leads the palate, topped off with a light touch of oak. Medium-bodied and delicious, this is the perfect wine to enjoy before and throughout your meal. Nicely complements traditional Pinot-friendly foods like lamb and grilledsalmon.

The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon is defined by its cherry and spice aromatics and with an emphasis of red fruit flavors. The structure is elegant with highly integrated tannins. Having spent 14 months in French oak barrels, the wine is decidedly elegant with finesse on the long finish.

This 100% Tempranillo from the Santa Rosa vineyards in Mendoza shows intense ruby color. The wine offers great ripe fruit aromas such as figs, dried prunes and cherries well integrated with vanilla, coconut, tobacco and smoke notes. Soft entry on the mouth with silky tannins and balanced acidity. It has a long finish.
