2008 St Wine

This Cabernet Sauvignon has rich varietal character and body. The wine's firm structure, generous tannins and depth of color compliment classic aromas of ripe blackcurrant and spicy tobacco. Flavors of currant, cassis and cedar delight the palate, and make this a wine to sip slowly and enjoy.

St Henri is rich and plush when young, gaining soft, earthy, mocha-like characters as it ages. It is matured in old, 1460-litre vats that allow the wine to develop, imparting minimal, if any oak character. Although a small proportion of Cabernet is sometimes used to improve structure, the focal point for St Henri remains Shiraz.

RED is lush with succulent ripe red fruit flavors and spicy aromas. Full-bodied and versatile, RED pairs with a variety of foods for any occasion.
