The fruit's rich flavors, ripe tannins and balanced acidity enabled Michael to craft a Cabernet Sauvignon of unmatched richness, elegance and harmony. The wine's rich black fruit flavors and supple, sculpted tannins are fully married. This is a prestigious wine reflecting the animo, or "soul," of its maker: compelling, dynamic, and elegant.

Big, full-bodied, deep black color. Strong structure in the mouth, soft structured finish, with a hint of sweet oak.

All of the grapes were grown at our estate vineyards in Yountville and Rutherford and they are certified organic and Biodynamic. This is an elegant wine with rich aromas of black berries, black licorice and a hint of cocoa powder. Velvety smooth, it's the perfect partner with grilled steak, rack of lamb or roasted duck.

Opens with wild berries, black licorice, peppercorn and spice. Deep black cherry fruit and chocolate ease into a broad mid-palate with supple tannins and a long finish.

Our final vintage from this fantastic Calistoga estate vineyard - it just had to be a Private Stock bottling. Elegant, with great red fruit aromas and flavors.

The 2007 Oso Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is beautifully balanced, with a supple, elegant texture and lush ripe fruit flavors of cherry and blackberry, and subtle oak nuances of chocolate, toffee, and toasted vanilla.

This very limited production of Cabernet Sauvignon from the Crowley Vineyard is pure "Spring Mountain" in its distinctive deep purple color, rich blueberry and exotic plum fruit, and its substantial weight and body. This unfiltered and unfined wine is so pure and harmonious that it reinforces Spring Mountain's reputation as great mountain appellation.
