2007 California Chardonnay

The 2011 Joel Gott Unoaked Chardonnay has bright citrus aromas of mandarin and lime that lead to more floral aromas of vanilla andhoneysuckle. On the palate, stone fruit and apple flavors are balanced by a clean, bright acid backbone with a rounder midpalate and minerality on the finish.

Delectable tropical fruit intertwines with grapefruit, lemon and candied lime peel. Elegantly layered, this wine exhibits a creamy, lush texture with vanilla accents and a hint of cinnamon spice to round out the long, lingering finish.

Mirassou Chardonnay exhibits intense aromas and flavors of stone fruits such as peaches and nectarines, as well as tropical fruits like pineapple. Secondary flavors of melon, pears, citrus, floral, and vanilla notes combine with a creamy mouth feel which culminate in a pleasantly concentrated finish.

Beautifully integrated tropical flavors such aspineapple, mango, and papaya with citrus notes that explode in your mouth. These flavors delicately intertwine with aromas of vanilla and honey to create depth and balance throughout. A hint of toasted oak rounds out the long, lingering finish.
