The 2012 J. Moreau & Fils Chablis is simply beautiful, unadorned and pure, the wine exhibits a lively personality. One could grill some prawns and have a great time with this wine. Light straw, green color; zesty ripe apple, bright, honeysuckle aroma, quite fragrant and almost penetrating; medium bodied, bright on the palate; dry, well balanced, active acidity, beautiful green apple flavors, with a trace of minerality, medium to long finish, crisp finish.
